Jan 27, 2009. 通過Food Safety認證考試，Got Certified for Food Manage from serve 2 learn. It has 5 years completion date. 獲Jimmy Su獎賞一千美元，不過他心情不好，說要戒賭。
Eric Yuan is working on the certification too, which is a requirement form Health Department of Longview. The test is pretty hard. I have read 4 text books including web materials within 3 weeks. My college all know I pass the examination, and congratulate me later on. I might take a further study as a food safety inspector. It could be more difficult, but I think I can pass it.
