Missy quit the job next day after we had the conversation. I thought she would give the company two weeks notice, sad to see that she didn’t do it that way. Cinci is recruiting more people, and promoting someone to be a manger, but not me, I don’t want to be, and none of the senior employees want it. Funny thing isn’t it? The personnel system design makes the manger get paid less than other employees and quit the job stun the upper officer seems to be an endless play for the days to come.
I asked Cinci to give me more hours next month yesterday.
Krista seems enjoying hosting position, work very good so far. Timing is always right, no personal phone call at work.
