People should judge thing on its merits.

In Cowboys' world, justice is the consequence of direct action, not of elaborative legality.  A man's fate relies uponown choices and capacities, not on the vast impersonal/objective forces of society or science. 

Amusingly, sarcastically,and probably not entirely coincidentally, i confound myself in many life situations where my nascent skills seems to be exacerbated.
