today went to customer place to see those sub-cons, this is the time they really need to do their best to clear the remaining work before we pull out from the customer place.
the previous 22500 records per day target they only able to do 8000, that s only 1/3 of the target, and saying it is the max they can do; but what i see? chatting among themselves, talking on the phone... true they didn t stop working but that affect the performance isn t it? maximum output?
some people just don t get the idea of responsibility and urgency, no matter how i motivates them.
now i have to accept it, 8000 a day, thats the max. tomorrow realign completion estimation and report to boss.
