很慎重～ 今日又跟獵頭聊了很久。
同時跟店裡的班長討論，如果我再次斜槓，她是否贊成，也願意成為我店裡得利的助手？ 她希望我去追求～ 在我看到他非常積極地跟我學紅燒牛肉後，我開始有點信心了。

啊～ 難道被你找到是哪家了嗎？ 怎麼知道FB上的評語改觀了？ 哈～
不過找我的這家也是餐飲連鎖店啊～ 裡面一定也有我想要知道的事情～

they are the largest Japanese Chain restaurant in Taiwan, they have been kept themself low profile from the media and they are the urge to make a change on the entire org since too many employees who worked over 20 years and they have an issue for talent development. Their operations are 70% behind the most companies that I have known of it but somehow they managed to work it out for the past few years. What they offered me, the salary package is not compatible with the market average which they understand but wish to have someone experienced like me to refine their C&B structure.
