Thanks for response. I am now back in the U.S. and pleased to offer you a position with Antoine Predock Architect PC. As you might guess, New Mexico pay scales are quite a bit less than DC. For someone at your experience level, we can offer you $X8k/year to start. After you have been here a few months and we know you better, we can assess and make sure you are in an appropriate pay scale for your position at APA. We would like you to start as soon as possible, January 1 at the latest. We have our next presentation in Taiwan just before the Chinese New Year and have a lot to do to prepare. We really want your head in the National Palace Museum project - as a designer. Both Fuyuan and Professor Wang say you are a good designer and that is why we want to hire you...and also to work on other projects in the office.
