Admin and Operation?
very hard to different it......
Yesterday i just know it, Which i m been classify to Admin or operation!
From beginning i work as admin job and office at operation.
Now Admin change working day to 5 days not 5 n half days.
Made me angry is, My boss said i can t change to 5 days work because operation manager not allow.
What a good reason.My boss is admin n financel head she can give me this reason!
Haha what company it is!
Both of tham take advantage from me,Admin want people to handle thing when there is no people working for the saturday, Operation want admin people standby to handle their problem. I knew all this issued!Both depend me to standby for them!
