Super tired today....
My neck is hurting from yesterday BSM...
The neck ROM is really limited worst than usual
It get worst through the day and i am not sure why...
ANW my neck now is pasted with lots and lots of salonpas haha
Went to attend the AGM also after sch
The speech by some of them were very funny haha
But still left early cause have to go eat dinner with my family
Guess wat..we went to eat 田鸡粥 at geylang haha
as usual it was super super nice...
Feel like going to slp le tml still hav lesson sian...
