finally thought of a way to convince the bunch of subcon to push to the max, but get myself in unnecessary promises. thats 1 major issue temporary solved.
another team need to redo 40% of data entry, well not totally redo but re-visit, guess that would take at least 1 month, with minimum 10 headcounts, whos going to pay for that? how how how[XP~]
